China-Restaurant Jade in Titisee-Neustadt

I cannot recommend this restaurant from the starter of a wan tan soup which consisted of tasteless broth (no chicken broth, ginger or soy sauce) and was quite expensive for € 6.20. For the main course I only wanted pasta instead of rice with a surcharge of € 2. Main dishes were sauces reversed and the taste left a lot to be desired. All in all price-performance not okay for me. I have not had any drinks in moderation where there was no wine or beer but only water juices cola etc

After visiting the toilets, one had lost one's appetite. The spring rolls were still cold on the inside and the noodles tasted more warm. Cola light was sold out and there is not even beer. Never again...

We walked into this place asking if we could make a Togo order to take back to our campsite and the woman working was SO rude! She pointed to the door and said “NO.” They apparently don’t like paying customers

The phone that was left was not a restaurant phone. I called the phone to make a personal position. I was directly used as a tour guide by the phone. Good food, nice staff we work thereon to preorder external groups to host. Several courses are served at the same time as Spanish tapas so the Asians eat. Delicious just have a look and book.

Only certain Chinese folks are allowed to eat in this restaurant due to racist reasons. Simply the non-Chinese are not people for whom need to serve. It is fault for city Titisee-Neustadt. Only city in Germany where it could happen. At Lake Titisee you can not walk as you would with hundreds of Chinese tourists. Where does this too many visas come from?

Can only join "K F". Restaurant with door sign: "only for pre-registered groups", restaurant closed. Very strange.

Not even a star value, from 17.00- 21.00 clock, we were at 19.00 o'clock not even in the restaurant, hardly a greeting only, we have closed, no good reference, too bad.

Obviously there is a seat but not a reception. It is only for the tour group.

Restaurant denied us to serve telling they serve food only to Asians. We told we are from India, which is part of Asia and then too they told NO.. THEY SERVE FOOD ONLY TO CHINESE FOLKS. felt really strange?. Go in at your own risk??

Best Chinese food in the area. Service is great and friendly. High food quality. I really like this place. I come here every time I visit Titisee. This is a must place if you want to eat good Chinese food. Right by the Lake. You can see the lake from the patio.

QUALITY leaves much to be desired!

We entered the jade a little hesitantly, as not many guests were in the restaurant. However, we were served very friendly and were pleasantly surprised by the rich and delicious food. The atmosphere could be a little refreshed. We will be back.

We have never experienced anything like this! Unfriendly! Bad food although we spent a lot of money. Never again. Not far there are nice restaurants with nice people. The desserts and the good feeling we got then in the mountain lake.

I think the restaurant is really good. I do not know exactly why others forgive only one star. I have the menu no. 2 for two people. So duck with sweet sour sauce and rice and spring rolls ... I thought it was delicious ...

When we visited the restaurant Jade at the beginning of August this turned out to be a real adventure. From the outside still quite inviting, one is welcomed by the typical Asian (cheesy) flair. It smells slightly musty, unaired and in combination with the smell of food Something strange. The restaurant serves many Asian guests, which is why the tables are set differently, a seat choice is therefore not given, you will automatically placed at one of the European tables. The tables themselves are covered in cheap plastic tablecloths - the role of the hardware store. With us they were dirty from the day before, slightly greasy which gave the whole additionally a shabby and unkempt impression. The menu is typically Asian, slightly confusing as there are three different lunch menus in addition to the usual dishes There are plate meals, menus or the typical - on tealight kept warm - plates. You can choose from the lunch menu if you want a small drink, unspecified soup or spring roll. It should be noted that there are NO duck dishes in the midday selection. We ordered different variants: Chicken curry, beef with onions, fried noodles, served with soup and spring rolls in the lunch menu. But before the food was even served, we were shocked with the way to the toilet downright! The further you went down the stairs the more you wanted to turn back. It smells, was not clean, the toilet paper was wet or Unavailable. Running water for hand washing did not exist, as defect. To the food itself: Unfortunately, we only received plate meals although the orders were not as plates and ordered ordered but as a menu on plate. The soup turned out to be stock with lunar amine thickened, egg and chicken pieces. Nothing of a typical Beijing soup with which every Asians usually peddles, as this represents a trademark with recognition value. The spring rolls were clearly TK and taste OK. The meat was tough, dry and tasted funny, like the day before. The rice was not warm and a bit sour. The portions were quite clear. In terms of taste and quality, every fast food is better! The green tea we ordered was the only really high quality and tasty. The service was rude and the main course was already there, before the starter was eaten. Our conclusion: catastrophic, never again!

We had to eat there for two, and almost had to puke on the table at dinner! We have almost all the food go back and hope that we have no food poisoning!
